Description
The Cushion Starfish has a round puffed-up appearance but can deflate and become more star like; they will vary in color from beige to green and orange.
The Cushion Starfish in the wild has many symbiotic relationships with smaller marine life due to its robust body to hide underneath. Reef aquariums may not be suitable for this star, however this star may only eat many organics in the sand bed. Keep with peaceful fish in a well-established system with live rock and a thick sand bed.
The Cushion Starfish is a scavenger and will find uneaten food and waste to consume.
