Description
The Evan's Anthias has all the colors of a frozen tropical drink. Its narrow body is mainly violet with an icy yellow band running from the head to its long flowing forked tail fin.
The Evan's Anthias does best in a reef tank or peaceful fish tank with lots of swimming room. At first, it should have established live rock and a sandy substrate in place with organisms to graze on such as copepods and amphipods. Later, it can be transitioned to accept prepared foods.
Feed your anthias a varied diet, including small meaty frozen food such as mysis and enriched brine shrimp. Try to transition your anthias to Formula One Ocean Nutrition Small Pellets and Flakes
