Description
The Pictilis Anthias Female has an orange red body fading to yellow towards the tailfin. It has blue highlights on the head area and large deep water eyes.
The Pictilis Anthias is found in deeper water and prefers low lighting. It can be housed in a reef tank or peaceful fish-only tank. Keep only one per tank or one male with several females in a much larger tank. Have plenty of good hiding areas within plenty of live rock.
Feed your anthias a varied diet, including small meaty frozen food such as mysis and enriched brine shrimp. Try to transition your anthias to Formula One Ocean Nutrition Small Pellets and Flakes
