Description
The Thompson's Fairy Bass or Bicolor Anthias is a beautiful two tone anthias. They exhibit a yellowish orange upper half that runs along the back to the base of the tailfin. The lower half is a light violet extending to the tailfin which is outlined in a stunning neon blue.
This very hardy anthias can be housed in a reef or fish only system with ample swimming area. Keep with peaceful tankmates. Have plenty of live rock with good hiding areas.
Feed your anthias a varied diet, including small meaty frozen food such as mysis and enriched brine shrimp. Try to transition your anthias to Formula One Ocean Nutrition Small Pellets and Flakes
