Description
The Chalk Bass has an orange body and iridescent aqua blue vertical bands on the top of its body.
They are great fish for the entry level aquarist and do well in small to large reef tanks. Keep with non-aggressive tank mates and have plenty of hiding areas. Can be kept in small groups if added simultaneously. May attack small invertebrates.
They will eat a variety of small meaty foods. Try adding vitamin-enriched food once the fish is established like Ocean Nutrition Formula One Small Pellets.
