Description

The Black Sailfin Blenny has a faded brown to black color body and an exquisite dorsal fin when raised.  The head is flattened with large curious eyes.

 

The Black Sailfin Blenny has an insatiable appetite for nuisance algae.  Provide a well-established system with plenty of live rock for grazing and shelter. This Blenny May nip at some corals. Keep only one per tank. Best not to house with resembling shaped fish.

 

Blennies will eat mostly all foods including vegetable matter that contains marine algae.  Try feeding with Ocean Nutrition Formula One Pellets regularly for a healthy diet.
