Description
The Bennetti Butterfly has terrific markings. It has a bright yellow body with a black eye spot towards the center of the body, with two white striations slanting underneath it. It has a black band over the eyes.
The Bennetti Butterfly is found in the Indo-Pacific in coral rich reefs. Unfortunately this beautiful butterflyfish does not fare well in captivity due to the difficulty in replicating its natural food supply, which is coral polyps. We recommend choosing another one of our many butterflyfish available unless you are very familiar with this species and can supply it with an adequate feeding source and environment.
