Description
The Scarlet Wrasse or Striated Wrasse has a small vibrant red body with a pointed snout.
They are very reef safe and with its long snout it is good for eating unwanted organisms like bristleworms and flatworms out of crevices in the live rock. Best to keep single with other peaceful to semi-aggressive fish. Have plenty of live rock with lots of good hiding places and thick sandy substrate. Will eat very small invertebrates.
The wrasse will consume a wide variety of foods. Feed vitamin enriched frozen and dry foods. Train your wrasse to eat Ocean Nutrition Pellet Food for a healthy diet.
