Description
The Redbar Hawkfish or Blood Red Hawkfish has staggered red vertical bands on its white body. There are red freckles around the face.
This hardy hawkfish should be kept with other semi-aggressive fish that can fend for themselves. Provide plenty of live rock. It will eat small fish and invertebrates.
Most hawkfish will eat a variety of frozen meaty foods. Try to train your hawkish to eat Ocean Nutrition Pellets for a healthy diet.
