Description
The Crocodile fish is a unique looking fish found in the West Indo-Pacific Ocean. It dwells on the bottom of dense landscaped areas where it can camouflage its body. It has a flat protruding mouth like an alligator with a flat elongated molted brown and gray body.
The Crocodile fish is an ambush predator and will wait for prey to swim or crawl nearby. House the Crocodile Fish in a larger aggressive tank only with few competitors. Provide a thick sandy substrate with loose rubble and live rock.
