The Maori Snooty Wrasse is a thick robust wrasse that is reddish in color but can camouflage to its surrounding very well; it has a somewhat pointed mouth part and alert shifty eyes used for probing in shells and other crevices to seek out small invertebrates.
The Maori Snooty Wrasse minds its own business and does well in peaceful fish community tanks; but may be destructive to small invertebrates and smaller fish. The Maori Snooty Wrasse is a large hardy wrasse and will provide nice attractive reddish shades of color to your aquarium as it matures.
Feed The Maori Snooty Wrasse frozen meaty foods such as shrimp, squid and clams; once trained small vitamin enriched pellets may be offered.
